I have been using Jen’s Happy Pets for two years now, and I have nothing but positive things to say! It’s clear that Jen values the animals’ experience just as much as the owners’ experience with her company. Before booking, we had a phone conversation where Jen asked questions about my dogs so she could match them with the best sitter. Once they were matched, the sitter came to our house for a meet-and-greet before the first service. I could tell immediately that my dogs would be in excellent hands. The Time to Pet app makes booking incredibly simple. I can request the days and times I need right through the app, and after each visit, our sitters, Nik and Spencer, leave a visit summary and send pictures. I can also store important information in the app, such as feeding schedules, our garage code, and even where the dogs’ leashes are located. Having all of this information stored in one place makes life so much easier because I don’t have to worry about communicating the same details to the sitter every time we request a service. I honestly never realized such a comprehensive pet-sitting service existed that comes right to your door. If you’re in need of a pet sitter, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jen’s Happy Pets. I have been using Jen's pets for the past 3 years since moving to the area and could not be more pleased. They did an amazing job matching me with the perfect sitter who provides such love and care to my cats when I am away. Megan took excellent care of our dog, Minnie.  She sent us daily updates and was incredibly reliable throughout her stay. Winnie clicked with Sue and Deanna right away as soon as she met them! The checklists they sent at each visit were so helpful to let me know how Winnie and Ella (my cat) were doing. And I loved the pictures so I could see my fur balls were very happy while I was away. The ladies also brought in the mail each day and alerted me on the day it was going to pour rain so they closed the windows and then opened them the next day so we continued to get fresh air into the house. They scooped the cat box everyday. Changed the water bowls everyday. Washed the food bowls everyday..... They really spoiled my pets in a wonderful way!!! Very happy with the care and services for Jen's Happy Pets.  We have used on several occasions to care for our dog while on vacation and for walks as needed.  The App provides updates and even photos of your pet while under their care and allows you to communicate directly. I've been using Jen's Happy Pets since 2018, through my first cat and now my second, and they've never once given me a reason to worry. Every visit is on time, every update comes with a photo, and every instruction I leave gets followed exactly to the T. No chasing them down for confirmation. Jen has a wonderful online interface with scheduling, messaging, billing and everything you would need to know to be sure your baby is cared for in your absence. What really sets them apart, after years together, the sitter now intuitively knows what my cat needs even when I forget to spell it out. That kind of consistency and attentiveness is rare. Litter, food & water are always spotless. And it's clear my cat is actually cared for during visits, not just fed and left.
