Our Staff

At Jen’s Happy Pets, every team member is a trusted employee who works exclusively with us, not a gig worker. They are trained, background-checked, and committed to providing consistent, loving care for your pets. Because they are a true part of our team, you can feel confident knowing your furry family members are in familiar, reliable hands every visit.

Lindsley

Pack Leader & Team Lead

Lindsley brings over a decade of daily, hands-on experience in pet care and serves as the Pack Leader and Team Lead at Jen’s Happy Pets. In addition to caring for pets in the field, she supports client scheduling and helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She loves getting to know the unique personalities of each animal and takes pride in being part of a team that consistently delivers dependable, high-quality care. Her experience and steady leadership help create the reliability families count on.
At home, Lindsley has two very different pups — a rambunctious, love-filled girl who has taught her the true meaning of patience, and a senior Yorkie who prefers the quieter side of life. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her family and enjoys thrifting, yard sales, and crafting. Whether she’s coordinating schedules or visiting pets, Lindsley brings a calm, organized, and reassuring presence to every home she supports.

At home, Maria and her family have a beloved boxer named Theo. When she’s not caring for pets, she focuses on her studies, enjoys quiet family time, takes Theo on walks, and heads to the slopes — she loves to ski. Maria brings a gentle, dependable presence to every home she enters.

Megan

Megan has been working with animals professionally since February 2022, but her passion for animal care began earlier. As a junior in high school in 2017, she began taking animal-related classes and later earned her bachelor’s degree in Conservation and Wildlife Management at Delaware Valley University, a farm-based school where she gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals. Megan loves building trust with each pet and watching their personalities shine, while giving pet parents true peace of mind.
At home, Megan has a dog named Lainey, a German Shorthair Pointer and Lab mix, who keeps her on her toes and reminds her every day why she loves working with animals so much. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at home, spending time outdoors, and working on creative hobbies like crocheting. Megan brings a knowledgeable, attentive, and dependable presence to every visit, always focused on providing a safe and positive experience for pets and families.

At home, Jenny currently has five dogs, three little ones and two big ones, five ferrets, and four cats. In the past, she has also cared for goats, a pig, and chickens. He also has Franklin, a 5-month-old Golden Retriever currently in the Seeing Eye puppy program, and Karma, a 12-year-old Tabby cat who enjoys napping near the dogs. Jim’s extensive experience, calm demeanor, and dedication make him a trusted and dependable presence for every pet he visits.

Rose has been passionate about animal care for as long as she can remember. She started with 4-H, working with poultry and small animals, and continued her education through the Hunterdon County Polytech Animal Science program, where she gained hands-on experience with small and large animals from a veterinary perspective. She later worked at two veterinary clinics, giving her valuable behind-the-scenes experience. As of March 2026, Rose celebrates two years with Jen’s Happy Pets and loves being part of a team that cares deeply for the local community’s pets. At home, Rose has two senior companions — Oliver, her 10-year-old dog, and Chloe, her 14-year-old cat. She enjoys taking care of plants, maintaining her hobby flower garden, cooking, baking, and creating art. Rose brings a knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate presence to every home she visits.

Cheryl

Cheryl has been caring for animals since she was a little girl, gaining experience with everything from horses and goats to dogs and cats. She has volunteered at Tabby’s Place and fostered medically fragile cats. For Cheryl, the best part of her work is giving pet parents peace of mind while away from home. At home, Cheryl has seven beloved pets — six cats and a dog named Sky. When she’s not caring for animals, she enjoys running, photography, and spending time with her husband and daughter. Cheryl’s energy, experience, and dedication make her a trusted presence in every home.
